Osayi-Samuel developed at Blackpool and made his professional debut there as a teenager. He moved to Queens Park Rangers in 2017, made more than 100 Championship appearances for the club and joined Fenerbahçe in January 2021. He later signed for Birmingham City in July 2025 after his Fenerbahçe contract expired.
